BIOGRAPHY

Mary Anne Totten, MD is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine.

She interned in Internal Medicine at the Hospital of St. Raphael in New Haven, CT.

She then completed an internal medicine residency was at New England Deaconess Hospital, Boston, MA. This was followed by fellowships in endocrinology at Lahey Clinic, and diabetes at Joslin Clinic, both in Boston. She has trained in geriatric medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Totten is board-certified in internal medicine and geriatric medicine.

She practices with Senior Health Primary Care of Elliot Hospital, Manchester, NH. Her interests are in palliative care, end-of-life care, and long term care. Dr. Totten is medical director of several nursing homes in the Manchester area. She is a member of the American Geriatrics Society (AGS), a fellow of the American College of Physicians (ACP), and a Certified Medical Director through the American Medical Directors Association.
